Recognizing inefficiencies in Bangladesh's public transportation, we launched the "IoT-Based Public Transport Management System for Smart City" project to improve ticketing efficiency and passenger experience, which became the foundation of our startup. We began with a mobile app-based solution using QR codes for fare payments via digital wallets or mobile financial services. After a successful pilot and incorporating feedback, we developed and launched an innovative card-based e-ticketing system to transform commuting.
